Himalaya Bloom Coffee is dedicated to sharing the stories of Arabica specialty coffee and the producers behind it, grown in the northern Himalayan region of India—more specifically, in areas where you can see the Kanchenjunga peaks, including Sikkim and the northern parts of West Bengal like Darjeeling and Kalimpong.

My love for mountains, trekking, and coffee eventually led me to explore this region. Along the way, I’ve been learning more about coffee through cuppings and study.

As I got to know the coffee farmers here, I also came to understand their passion, dedication, and the challenges they face in finding markets for their beans.

What coffee farmers truly want is not just to be the original producers, but to grow high-quality, top-grade coffee—and to have their hard work and dedication fairly rewarded.

What we at Himalayan Bloom Coffee want is to discover and showcase small-scale coffee farms in the Himalayan region that are unique, passionate, and full of potential.

Our goal at Himalayan Bloom Coffee is to run coffee farms and operate our own branded café in the Himalayas. We’re working hard toward making that dream a reality someday!
