Nestled in the beautiful hills of Kalimpong in Northern India, the Himalayan Highland Coffee Estate is gearing up for its first coffee crop harvest in 2025-2026. With the initial harvest just about a month away, the coffee cherries hanging on the trees are still a vibrant green, in the process of ripening.

This verdant hue of the coffee cherries is nature's signal – the surest sign that they are maturing.

This year, the green of the naturally growing coffee cherries seems even healthier. The owner is busy every morning, meticulously checking the trees and paying close attention to the changes in the coffee cherries. Everyone is excitedly anticipating hand-picking the first crop, which will be a beautiful red, in just one month.

We're including three photos showing the current, unripened green coffee cherries, and we're eagerly looking forward to the first harvest. Thank you for your interest and support!
